How to create a Function and apply it to your Profiles

Functions are advanced settings you can apply to Profiles.

Open CoolerControl

You can open up the coolercontrol desktop application or use the Web UI.

1. Create a new Function

Use the quick menu to create a new Function.

2. Hover over the new Function and click on the Rename icon

3. Give your Function a descriptive name and click Save

4. Select the Standard Function Type

The tooltip will describe the various Function Types.

5. Adjust the Function settings

There are various settings you can tweak for enhanced fan control.

6. Save the Function changes

7. Now let's apply the new Function to an existing Profile by clicking on one of our Profiles

9. Select the Function we created previously

10. Save the Profile changes

The Function settings will now be applied to the selected Profile and any fans using this Profile will be automatically updated.
